Multimedia Learning Resource: Community & Healing

The African philosophy of Ubuntu states ‘‘I am because we are, and since we are, therefore I am.” is an African philosophy that is present within many cultures around the world. The role of community is key in celebrating, commemorating, birthing, mourning, and most importantly, our healing. The following creative projects explore healing, cultural revival, and the importance of cultural teachings and its relationship to community well-being.
